Contract Staffing

At Dunhill, we understand that sometimes your business requires flexibility.  There are a number of reasons employers might opt for a contract or contract-to-hire option:  uncertainty in the market, wanting to make sure someone fits in your organization, ability to write-off staffing as a contract expense, or perhaps to fill an opening due to family medical leave, military deployment, etc. 

Whatever your reason, Dunhill is happy to provide these services in most states.  We will employ the person on a W-2 basis handling all of the payroll, taxes, workman’s compensation, and unemployment and billing you on a weekly or semi-monthly schedule at a pre-determined, all-inclusive rate.
