3 Search Levels

Level 1 Contingency Search

A search process where we allocate available resources, research our available company-wide network, and work with you to identify qualified and interested candidates. We provide the highest quality candidates by establishing and executing a search plan that identifies companies based on industry, geography, and expertise. If our candidate is hired the client's fee will reflect a percentage of the candidate's first year base compensation.

Level 2 Retained Search

A refined process where we dedicate our Search Executive & Project Management staff for the identification of two or three qualified and interested candidates that meet your specialized requirements. We provide the maximum quality of candidates by establishing and executing a search plan that identifies companies based on industry, geography, and expertise. We provide candidate exclusivity (i.e. candidate will not be presented to any other clients during this time), personality profile, and reference checks. A portion of the negotiated fee (% of candidate's first year expected base compensation) is required to initiate this search.

Level 3 Managed Service Program/Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

This is our highest level of service and can be tailored to your company’s needs. You will have a dedicated Project Manager assigned to your account as well as other available resources. In addition to providing the services of above ensuring you get the best talent, we also offer the ability to manage the entire process to include legal compliance, scheduling interviews directly with hiring managers, handling all necessary forms and paperwork, coordinating background checks and drug testing, generating of offers and rejections, etc.
